The Crucible is a volunteer-run organization. We do not have paid positions available. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete our online volunteer application or contact us at info@the-crucible.com. In addition to the front-facing work of staffing the bar and the front door, volunteers at The Crucible help with a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks. Volunteers may be asked to clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, clean playspace equipment, do laundry, take out the trash, or restock soda and supplies. All Crucible volunteers must be current members of The Crucible.
