The Crucible is a private, members-only social club whose primary mission is to serve our membership. We are not a commercial event space or a rental hall. We are occasionally able to host private events for our members or partner with outside groups to host events that would benefit our members.
Priority use of The Crucible is given to events that closely align with our core mission and values.
Our schedule is set a year in advance for Friday and Saturday nights and most Sundays. There may be the occasional Friday and Saturday night available depending on the month. Please review the Crucible calendar for available weekend dates.
Hosting rates for Friday and Saturday evenings begin at $3000 and will escalate depending on the number of people attending, whether alcohol is requested, and type of set up required.

- if you are a current active member
- the nature of your event
- estimated hours of your event
- proposed/desired dates
- estimated attendance
- special requirements
The more information you provide about your event the better we will be able to assist you in a timely manner.
